What is the venue rental fee for a wedding? And what is included in the rental fee?

The fee for a Saturday Wedding is $5,750 and includes Friday. A Sunday through Thursday one-day Wedding is $3,750. Micro Weddings (under 45 guests) and Elopement pricing is according to the day. Do you have indoor space for both the ceremony and reception?

Yes! Depending on your guest count, you can either set both up ahead of time or change the room over. We reset the room for most or our weddings and this only takes us about 30 minutes to do so. While the Chapel staff changes the room over, your guests enjoy refreshments on The Courtyard. We leave The Courtyard set during the reception and this gives you indoor and outdoor spaces. How many guests can be accommodated?

The Chapel can fit up to 250 for a ceremony. You can have an outdoor ceremony on the Courtyard for up to 150 or in Chapel Hill Park. Capacity for indoor receptions depend on several factors like meal style, and what else is in the room like dance floor, Band/DJ, cakes, etc. Or you can have your reception in a tent at Chapel Hill Park for several hundred.


How many hours do we have the venue for a wedding?

For a Saturday Wedding, 9:00am Friday through 10:30pm on Saturday. For a Sunday through Thursday, 9:00am through 10:00pm on the wedding day. The music and loud noise must stop in accordance with The Waters Homeowners Association rules and restrictions.


Do you allow outside vendors?

Yes. You can choose your own vendors, and we have recommended vendors that have been here in the past and we have had clients give great reviews. While you are not restricted to this list, we highly recommend these vendors as they know our venue well!


Do you offer wedding planning and coordination? What other services do you offer?

We make it easy by offering several Wedding Services! You are required to have a designated Wedding Coordinator on the wedding day that oversees all aspects of the entire day. We offer both Full Planning and Enhanced Coordinating Services and have years of experience in our venue. We also offer Décor, Rehearsal Dinner, Notary, Livestream Services and more. What is your alcohol policy?

We allow beer, wine and liquor as mixed cocktails. No shots are allowed. You purchase your beverages and bring it to the venue during your rental time. The caterer or a bartender can then serve it to your guests. You are required to get liability insurance for the event, and you will be given the specific information for this. No sale of alcohol can be made on the venue property.


Are there hotels or houses to rent nearby?

There are some individually owned homes in the The Waters neighborhood and surrounding area for short-term rentals, like Airbnb. The Shoppes at EastChase is a large shopping area with many hotels and restaurants and it is a 10-minute drive. See the links below to view options.

Can I take photos at The Chapel?

The Chapel is privately owned and not included in The Waters Photography Permit. You must be a booked client to take photos on the property and have arranged a time frame prior to the shoot. This is included in your venue rental fee.
