ENHANCED COORDINATING

For those who want to play an active role in planning but would like someone to make sure you haven’t missed anything. But most importantly on your special day, give you peace of mind that your dream day will come true!


Coordinating Service Include:

  • Host three meetings throughout the planning process
  • Recommend vendors that we have experience with, do a great job and who know our venue well
  • Create a timeline for the wedding day detailed from start to finish to the minute
  • Develop custom layouts for each wedding event
  • Review plans for the ceremony and reception and ensure that all aspects are in place accordingly
  • Contact vendors prior to the event, review the details, and oversee them on wedding day
  • Direct the rehearsal so that all participants are confident regarding their responsibilities during the ceremony
  • Coordinate Assistant(s) on the event day
  • Execute the event day according to timeline and ensure all details are followed through
  • Oversee breakdown of event
  • Share expertise along the way!

FULL PLANNING

Planning a wedding is a big task. Especially if you are short on time, have no idea where to start or don’t live in the area. We take the stress off of you so that you can enjoy the experience knowing we will be with you every step of the way!

Full Planning Service Include:

  • Perform all Coordinating duties
  • Provide vendor referrals based on your vision and budget, organize vendor meetings, and assist with contracting.
  • Conduct monthly meetings to touch base and stay on-track
  • Provide planning checklist with to-do’s outlined throughout the process
  • Help with ceremony planning including processional, recessional and music selections
  • Assist with Rehearsal Dinner planning and execution
  • Oversee all vendor setup and assist with decorating
  • Provide unlimited communication throughout the process

Elevate your day with ease by using our wedding decor! With the Something Borrowed Decor Closet, you can choose from over 1,000 pieces of decor for your big day. This not only saves you money but also the hassle of storing and selling the decor after the wedding is over. From vases to candles, cake stands to chargers, and signs to platters, our decor can add a touch of elegance and personality to your wedding. Add flowers and greenery to bring your Pinterest board to life and create a wedding that you have dreamed of!

REHEARSAL DINNER

Our rehearsal dinner service is designed to make your pre-wedding celebration effortless and enjoyable. We offer assistance in arranging the venue layout, along with recommendations for vendors. Our team will take care of the setup and breakdown, and cleaning allowing you to focus on the festivities. We also provide access to our decor closet, stocked with a wide variety of items, to help you create a charming atmosphere without the hefty price tag. For your convenience, tablecloths are included Let us take care of the details, so you can relax and make the most of this special time!

LIVE STREAM


Our live stream service is for those who are unable to attend due to geographical limitations, or prior commitments, or any reason. We produce a static image with sound of the prelude and ceremony. The stream will be live on our YouTube channel and after the event, you can download the video to have for a lifetime.

NOTARY


in Alabama to get legally married, you need to have your Alabama Marriage Certificate form signed and notarized in person. And in order to record your actual wedding date with the court, the notarizing has to take place on the day of the wedding. We will make that simple and easy for you! We have a notary on staff, and she can do this for you at The Chapel on your wedding day! She will send you the form beforehand, be available for questions, and give you instructions on how to file it with the court afterwards.

I’m a coffee lover, Target addict, and in true southern fashion, I have never met a stranger. I live in Pike Road, Alabama with my wonderful husband, two rambunctious sons, and two goofy pups + a cat. I am passionate about building relationships and connecting with people. I have always been THE planner in my personal life and in professional settings. My love of organization and planning has followed me forever, and always carried over into my work. As a wedding coordinator, I’ve been able to hone in on my passion for helping brides create truly fantastic experiences for their guests. There is nothing more satisfying than knowing my help made my clients’ dreams play out on their big day. Hi there, I’m Stephanie, the voice behind our social media platforms, and I’m a passionate member of our team. The Chapel holds a special place in my heart ever since I became a Chapel bride in 2019, and I absolutely love sharing that connection with our future couples. During the day, I work as a registered nurse in the NICU, but when I transition to my role here, I thrive on tapping into my creativity and drawing from my previous years of marketing experience to showcase the beauty and unique features of our venue. One of my favorite aspects of this job is serving our clients and witnessing their dream weddings come to life.
